GenesisCare pushes auction date back one week, now Nov. 8
Chicago, Nov. 1 – GenesisCare Pty Ltd. pushed back its auction date one week to Nov. 8, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
The auction was scheduled for Nov. 1.
The debtors are reviewing the bids and need extra time as they are coordinating with bidders regarding additional information.
The cure objection deadline and sale objection deadline, which were set for Oct. 11, will be rescheduled as well.
GenesisCare is a cancer care provider with headquarters in Sydney, Australia. The company filed bankruptcy on June 1 under Chapter 11 case number 23-90614.
