Freddie Mac to price new five-year Reference Note on Wednesday

Charlotte, N.C., June 16 - Freddie Mac announced it will price a new five-year Reference Note "at benchmark size" on Wednesday.

The security will be offered via a syndicate of dealers led by Citigroup Global Markets, Inc., RBS Greenwich Capital and UBS Investment Bank, the agency said.
