Genepharm to acquire EpiPharm dermatology products from Clinuvel

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 12 - Genepharm Australasia Ltd. entered into an agreement with Clinuvel Ltd. to acquire the EpiPharm range of five dermatology products for $1 million.

"The acquisition is a strong strategic fit for Genepharm's growing product range," chief executive officer Dennis Bastas said in a news release.

"The products will be principally marketed to dermatologists and general practitioners and will give us a comprehensive range of acne, psoriasis and eczema treatments."

Genepharm is a pharmaceutical company located in Melbourne, Australia.
