Genentech target raised by Jefferies

Genentech Inc. was maintained by Jefferies & Co. at a buy rating, but the firm raised its target price for the stock to $98 from $84. Genentech shares Wednesday climbed 79 cents, or 0.98%, to $86.68 on volume of 7.6 million shares versus the three-month running average of 4.65 million.
