Xmark buys more Genaera stock

Charlotte, N.C., Aug. 6 - Xmark Opportunity Partners, LLC purchased more shares of Genaera Corp., buying 182,323 shares between July 10 and July 25 priced from $2.58 to $2.81 each. The transactions were listed in a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The reporting persons own 3,176,814 shares, or 18.2%, of the Plymouth Meeting, Pa., biopharmaceutical company.

Previously, Xmark reported buying 233,261 shares of the company's stock between June 29 and July 5, priced from $2.65 to $2.96 per share. At that time, the investor had a 17.2% stake in the company. On July 3, Xmark reported owning 2,575,009 shares, or 14.8%, of Genaera.
