New Issue: Russia's Gazprom prices €750 million 3.755% notes due 2017 at par

Columbus, Ohio, July 11 - OJSC Gazprom priced €750 million 3.755% loan participation notes due 2017 at par, according to a company release.

The notes were issued by Gaz Capital SA under the company's euro medium-term note program.

Credit Agricole CIB, Gazprombank and J.P. Morgan were joint bookrunners and lead managers.

Proceeds from the offering will be used to finance a loan to Gazprom and proceeds from the loan will be used for general corporate purposes.

Gazprom is a global energy company.
