Gazprom expected to price $300 million five-year notes Friday

St. Louis, Oct. 15 - Gazprombank is expected to price $300 million of notes due 2008 (Ba2) via Gazinvest Luxembourg SA on Friday, according to a market source.

JP Morgan is bookrunner on the Regulation S offering.

Gazprombank is a Russian financial institution.
