Objections to the adequacy of the disclosure statement and confirmation of the plan must be filed by 5 p.m. ET on Dec. 17.

In addition, the order said interested parties may submit bids for any or all of Gastar’s assets or its entire business as a going concern until 1 p.m. ET on Dec. 17.
