New Issue: Fulton County brings $150 million general fund tax anticipation notes

New York, May 25 – Fulton County, Ga., priced $150 million of series 2016 general fund tax anticipation notes, according to a pricing sheet.

The notes (MIG 1//F1+) were sold competitively with Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC winning the bid.

The notes are due Dec. 30, 2016 and have a 1% coupon to yield 0.46%.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital projects for the coming fiscal year.
