Fulton County, Ga., organizes $120 million sale of TANs for Wednesday

New York, June 4 - Fulton County, Ga., is scheduled to come to market Wednesday with $120 million of series 2012 general fund tax anticipation notes, according to a preliminary official statement.

The notes will be sold competitively with Public Financial Management Inc. as the financial adviser.

The notes are due Dec. 28, 2012.

Proceeds will be used to finance expenses for the county prior to the collection of certain taxes.
