Fulton County, Ga., to price $120 million general fund tax anticipation notes June 4

New York, May 28 - Fulton County in Georgia plans to sell $120 million in general fund tax anticipation notes on June 4, according to a preliminary official statement.

The notes (MIG 1/SP-1+/F1+) will be sold on a competitive basis. Public Financial Management is the financial adviser.

The notes are due Dec. 31, 2008, and the proceeds will be used for expenses incurred before tax revenues are received to the general fund.
