New York, June 16 - Freddie Mac priced $50 million of 0.75% 2.75-year callable one-time at 0.75 year medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on March 28, 2013 and are callable one time on March 28, 2011.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. are the managers.
