New Issue: FHLB upsizes to $1.5 billion 0.5-year non-callable notes at 0.21%

New York, Sept. 20 - Federal Home Loan Banks upsized to $1.5 billion its sale of 0.21% 0.5-year non-callable notes at par, according to the agency's web site.

The bonds will mature on March 30, 2011.

FHLB originally priced $250 million of the issue.

Bank of America is the manager.
