Wells Fargo decreases stake to 10.29% in Extreme Networks

Philadelphia, Jan. 22 - Wells Fargo & Co. decreased its investment to 10.29% in Extreme Networks, Inc. as of Dec. 31, according to an SC 13G/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

That represents a passive stake of 9,100,826 shares.

Those holdings are down slightly from the passive stake of 10.69%, or 9,441,611 shares, that the investor reported owning on Sept. 30, according to another SC 13G/A filing.

Based in Santa Clara, Calif., Extreme Networks provides network infrastructure equipment for corporate, government, education and health care enterprises and metropolitan telecommunications service providers.
