Evonik issues clean-up call notice for subordinated notes due 2077

Chicago, Sept. 7 – Evonik Industries AG issued a clean-up call notice for its remaining subordinated resettable fixed-rate notes due 2077 (ISIN: DE000A2GSFF1), according to a notice.

The remaining notes will be redeemed at par on Sept. 12, plus interest to the redemption date.

The company previously announced that it had purchased in excess of 80% of the notes in its recent tender offer.

As previously reported, €97.22 million of the notes remained after the tender offer.

Evonik is a specialty chemicals company based in Essen, Germany.
