India's Essen Supplements weighs plans to issue convertible debentures

Knoxville, Tenn., July 8 - Essen Supplements Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider a proposal to issue convertible debentures at a board of directors meeting on July 13.

The company also is considering issuing shares and warrants.

Essen Supplements is a Secunderabad, India-based construction chemical producer.
