New Issue: Esperanza Silver increases unit offering to C$3.4 million

New York, Sept. 29 - Esperanza Silver Corp. said it has upsized its previously announced private placement to C$3,396,000.

The company will now sell 5.66 million units at C$0.60 each.

The units are comprised one share and one half-share warrant. The whole warrants are exercisable at C$0.85 each for two years.

The deal was first announced Sept. 22 as a C$3 million offering of 5 million units under the same terms.

Vancouver, B.C.-based Esperanza is a silver exploration and discovery company. The proceeds from the financing will fund continued exploration and serve as general working capital.
