S&P rates ERAC notes BBB+

Standard & Poor's said that it assigned ERAC USA Finance LLC's notes offering a BBB+ rating.

ERAC's parent, Enterprise Holdings Inc., guarantees the notes.

The ratings on Enterprise Holdings Inc. reflect Enterprise's leading market position in the relatively stable off-airport segment of the car rental industry, and good earnings and cash flow generation, S&P said.
