Chapman enters agreement with Entertainment Distribution, joins board

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 7 - Robert L. Chapman Jr., managing member of Chapman Capital LLC, entered into a stockholders agreement with Entertainment Distribution Co., Inc. after joining the company's board on Nov. 5, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Between Oct. 18 and Oct. 26, investors led by Chapman purchased 203,277 shares of the New York-based pre-recorded multimedia company's stock priced between $0.99 and $1.13 each for total ownership of 9,053,680 shares, or 12.9%, of Entertainment Distribution.
