Ennore Foundries to consider plan to issue convertibles at meeting

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 14 - Ennore Foundries Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it plans to issue convertibles. The company will vote on the proposal at an extra ordinary general meeting on Jan. 5.

The company also is considering issuing American Depositary Receipts and Global Depositary Receipts.

Chennai, India-based Ennore Foundries manufactures iron and aluminum gravity die-casting for automobiles, compressors, industrial engines, power generators, tractors and defense and marine applications.
