Ennore Foundries plans to issue convertibles

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 6 - Ennore Foundries Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it plans to issue convertibles. The company approved the proposal at a board of directors meeting on Dec. 6.

The company also is considering issuing Global Depositary Receipts.

Chennai, India-based Ennore Foundries manufactures iron and aluminum gravity die-casting for automobiles, compressors, industrial engines, power generators, tractors and defense and marine applications.
