D.E. Shaw sells 1.5 million shares of Endo Pharmaceuticals

Charlotte, N.C., March 11 - D.E. Shaw Valence Portfolios, LLC reduced its interest in Endo Pharmaceuticals Holdings Inc. to 9.98% following the sale of 1,526,830 shares between March 5 and March 11.

The shares were priced from $16.30 to $17.58 each, it was reported in a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

D.E. Shaw beneficially owns 11,645,914 shares of the Chadds Ford, Pa., pharmaceutical company's common stock.
