Endologix files $50 million stock shelf
New York, April 27 - Endologix, Inc. registered to sell up to $50 million of common stock in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Irvine, Calif., maker of minimally invasive therapies for the treatment of cardiovascular disease said it will specify the use of proceeds at the time of sale.
