Columbus, Ohio, May 3 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $1.05 million of trigger autocallable contingent yield notes due May 2, 2024 linked to the Electronic Arts Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at a rate of 8% per year if the stock closes at or above its coupon barrier level, 71.5% of its initial level, on the related quarter observation date.
The notes will be called at par plus any coupon due on any quarterly observation date after six months if the stock closes above 100% of its initial level on the related observation date.
The payout at maturity will be par plus unless the stock finishes at or below the downside threshold level, 71.5% of the initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the loss.
