Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Small Cap Value Fund drops Fox as subadviser

Minneapolis, March 22 - Eaton Vance announced that Fox Asset Management LLC is no longer the subadviser to the Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Small-Cap Value Fund, according to a 497 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Prior to March 19, the fund's investment adviser, Boston Management and Research, had delegated investment management responsibilities for the fund to Fox but will now take over those responsibilities from Fox.

BMR is based in Boston.
