D.R. Horton says no convertibles put back

New York, May 13 - D.R. Horton, Inc. said none of its zero-coupon convertible senior notes due 2021 were put back to the company.

Holders had the option to surrender their convertibles for purchase by the company up to 5.00 p.m. ET on May 12.

The Arlington, Texas homebuilder said it continues to have $381.113 million of the convertibles outstanding.
