Chicago, Feb. 27 - Barclays Bank plc priced $25.39 million of 0% Accelerated Return Notes due April 26, 2013 linked to the Dow Jones Global Titans 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity is par of $10.00 plus triple any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of $11.62 per note.
Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch is the agent.
