Bank of America plans Leveraged Index Return Notes on Global Titans 50

San Diego, Feb. 14 - Bank of America Corp. plans to price 0% Leveraged Index Return Notes due Feb. 2013 linked to the Dow Jones Global Titans 50 Index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the index multiplied by a participation rate of 120% to 135%. The exact rate will be set at pricing.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

Merrill Lynch & Co. is the agent.

The notes are expected to price in February and settle in March.
