Diamond Offshore seven-member unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, May 12 – Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Tuesday by acting Region 7 U.S. trustee Henry G. Hobbs Jr., according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

The committee members are Dennis J. Roemlein of the Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA of Houston; Craig L. Weinstock of National Oilwell Varco, LP of Houston; Frode Hoeyland of Deep Sea Mooring of Stavanger, Norway; Dylan Ross of Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC of Houston; Victor Maia of Kiswire Trading, Inc. of the Woodlands, Texas; Robert Suszek of Parker Hannifin Corp. of Cleveland; and Helio Santos of SafeKick Americas LLC of Katy, Tex.

The offshore oil and gas drilling contractor is based in Houston. The company filed bankruptcy on April 26 under Chapter 11 case number 20-32307.
