Diamond Glass creditors committee reappointed following resignation

Pittsburgh, Aug. 19 - Diamond Glass, Inc.'s U.S. Trustee reappointed the official committee of unsecured creditors for the company's Chapter 11 bankruptcy case after one member resigned, according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Ryan L. Langdon of Newport Global Advisors has resigned from the committee.
The amended committee is comprised of Laura L. Moran for indenture trustee U.S. National Association, Boston; Thomas Walper of Plainfield Special Situations Master Fund, Ltd., Greenwich, Conn.; Jacqueline Lumley of SIKA Corp., Lyndhurst, N.J.; and Jeffery T. Bowman of Pilkington North America, Inc., Toledo, Ohio.
Diamond Glass, a Kingston, Pa., automotive glass replacement and repair company, filed for bankruptcy on April 1. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-10601.
