Columbus, Ohio, May 12 – CyrusOne Europe Finance DAC priced €500 million of 1.125% seven-year senior notes (BBB-/BBB-) on Wednesday at 98.665, according to a market source and an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by CyrusOne Inc. and CyrusOne LP.
Proceeds will be used to repay some euro-denominated borrowings under its revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes. The company intends to also allocate an amount equal to the net proceeds from the notes to finance or refinance a portfolio of existing or future green building, renewable energy, energy efficiency, sustainable water and wastewater management, pollution prevention and control and clean transportation projects or assets.
CyrusOne is a Dallas-based real estate investment trust specializing in data center properties.
