Cosan Luxembourg to redeem $500 million 5% senior notes due 2023

Lexington, Ky., July 6 – Cosan Luxembourg SA will exercise its option to redeem in full its $500 million 5% senior notes due 2023 (ISINs: US22112EAA64, USL20041AA41) on Aug. 5, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at $1,019.58 per $1,000 principal note which includes accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date.

Interest on the notes will cease to accrue on and after the redemption date and no notes will remain outstanding.

The notes were issued by Cosan Luxembourg and guaranteed by Cosan SA.

Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas is the trustee, registrar, paying agent and transfer agent and Deutsche Bank Luxembourg SA is the Luxembourg paying agent.

Cosan Luxembourg is a subsidiary of Cosan SA, a Sao Paulo-based ethanol and sugar company.
