Octagon Investment Partners mulls refinancing Octagon Investment Partners 30 CLO

Chicago, Jan. 20 – Octagon Investment Partners 30, Ltd./Octagon Investment Partners 30, LLC has given notice that beneficial owners of subordinated notes and the collateral manager have entered into discussions to potentially refinance certain classes of notes.

The notice is to alert holders of a proposed refinancing.

New York-based Octagon Credit Investors, LLC is the collateral manager.
