Fitch alters Mileage Plus view to negative

Fitch Ratings said it revised the outlook for Mileage Plus Intellectual Property Assets, Ltd. and MileagePlus Holdings, LLC to negative from stable and affirmed the $6.8 billion financing at BBB- following the revised outlook on United Airlines to negative from stable.

Mileage Plus Intellectual is a special purpose vehicle and MileagePlus is a subsidiary of United.
