Kunming Traffic arranges next $2 billion medium-term note program

Buffalo, N.Y., June 14 – China’s Kunming Traffic Investment Co., Ltd. established a new $2 billion medium-term note program on Monday, according to a listing notice with an appended offering circular on Wednesday.

ABC International is the arranger and dealer for the multicurrency Regulation S program.

China Construction Bank (Asia) Corp., Ltd. is the trustee.

Ashurst Hong Kong and Beijing Dentons Law Offices, LLP are counsel for Kunming, with Allen & Overy and JunHe LLP serving as counsel for program underwriters.

The new one-year program supersedes the previous one, becoming effective on the Hong Kong Exchange on June 13.

The infrastructure construction services company operates in the Kunming district of China.
