Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 9 - Kristina Capital Corp. completed a C$2.63 million non-brokered private placement of shares.
The company sold 5.25 million shares at C$0.50 apiece.
Proceeds were used to fund the company's acquisition of a 75% interest in three exploratory permits in Saskatchewan.
Based in Calgary, Alta., Kristina Capital is a capital pool company.
