S&P gives negative outlook to Appalachian health, Ky., bonds

Standard & Poor's said it revised its rating outlook to negative from stable on Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority's $74.5 million of series 1997 bonds issued for Appalachian Regional Healthcare.

In addition, S&P said it affirmed the BB- rating on Appalachian's debt.
