New Issue: Kazakhstan's Kazkommertsbank sells KZT 10 billion 10-year notes to yield 11%-12%

New York, Aug. 5 - Kazkommertsbank announced two placements of a total of KZT 10 billion of 10-year notes with yields between 11% and 12%.

The subordinated debt securities were issued as part of the third issue of notes under the bank's KZT 30 billion bond program.

The Almaty, Kazakhstan-based bank said that the placements were conducted on July 31 and Aug. 3.
