New Issue: JPMorgan prices $757,000 uncapped buffered notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Tacoma, Wash., April 29 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $757,000 of 0% uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due April 30, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.05 times the index return. Investors will receive par if the index falls by 20% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 20%.
