New Issue: JPMorgan prices $4.93 million five-year range accrual floating-rate notes

San Luis Obispo, Calif., July 23 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $4.93 million of range accrual floating-rate notes due July 24, 2018, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will accrue at Libor plus 100 basis points for each day that Libor is 5.75% or less. Interest is payable quarterly and cannot be less than zero.
The payout at maturity will be par.
