New Issue: JPMorgan prices $6.18 million step-up callable notes with 2.125% initial rate

Chicago, Jan. 27 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $6.18 million of fixed-rate step-up callable notes due Jan. 30, 2017, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The coupon will be 2.125% for the first three years and will step up to 3% after that. Interest is payable semiannually.

The payout at maturity will be par.

The notes are callable at par on any interest payment date after three years.
