New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.09 million digital barrier notes linked to Russell, Nasdaq, S&P

New York, Dec. 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.09 million of 0% digital barrier notes due Jan. 7, 2022 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the least performing index finishes at or above its 70% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital upside return of 5.5%.
If the worst performer finishes between 60% and 70% of its initial level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least performing index from its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
