China Industrial Securities to offer dollar-denominated bonds

Los Angeles, Jan. 26 – China Industrial Securities International Financial Group Ltd. said it plans to conduct an international offering of dollar-denominated bonds (//BBB) guaranteed by controlling shareholder Industrial Securities Co. Ltd.

Joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the proposed Regulation S offering are China Industrial Securities International Brokerage Ltd., Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, Standard Chartered Bank, Luso International Banking Ltd., CMB International Capital Ltd., CMB Wing Lung Bank Ltd., Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, CNCB (Hong Kong) Capital Ltd., Bank of China Ltd. Singapore Branch, CMBC Securities Co. Ltd., ABCI Capital Ltd., Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, Bocom International Securities Ltd., CCB International Capital Ltd., CEB International Capital Corp. Ltd., China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, China Galaxy International Securities (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., China International Capital Corp. Hong Kong Securities Ltd., China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, China Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong Branch), Chiyu Banking Corp. Ltd., CLSA Ltd., DBS Bank Ltd., Emirates NBD Bank PJSC, Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd., Haitong International Securities Co. Ltd., Hua Xia Bank Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, ICBC International Securities Ltd., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Ltd., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd., Singapore Branch, Shenwan Hongyuan Securities (H.K.) Ltd., SMBC Nikko Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd., SPDB International Capital Ltd. and Zhongtai International Securities Ltd.

Proceeds will be used for refinancing existing debt.
