By Rebecca Melvin

New York, Feb. 17 – Hamburger Hochbahn AG’s planned €500 million 10-year green notes (expected rating: //AAA) were being talked to yield mid-swaps plus 50 basis points to 55 bps, according to a market source on Wednesday.

The Regulation S global notes were expected to price on Wednesday via BNP Paribas, Commerzbank AG and Credit Agricole CIB as bookrunners.

The Hamburg-based operator of public transportation has earmarked proceeds for eligible uses under its green bond framework, including refurbishment of its existing metro network, expansion and refurbishment of the bus network and fleet and station improvements.
