New York, Oct. 28 - Freddie Mac priced $400 million of 2.25% three-year non-call 0.25-year global medium-term notes at par, according to the agency's web site.
The bonds will mature on Nov. 19, 2012 and have a Bermuda call beginning Feb. 19, 2010.
Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. is the manager.
