New Issue: Turkey's Finansbank prices 200 million liras of 10.45% bonds at 95.178

Madison, Wis., Dec. 2 - Finansbank AS priced 200 million Turkish liras of 10.45% bonds in a public offering, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The bonds will mature on May 25, 2012. They priced at 95.178.

Interest will be paid at maturity.

Finansbank is a lender based in Istanbul.
