S&P changes Datto view to negative

S&P said it revised the outlook for Datto Inc. to negative from stable and affirmed the company’s B rating.

The agency said it sees challenges ahead for the small and midsize business market Datto serves.

“The negative outlook reflects the possibility that we could lower our ratings on Datto Inc. over the next 12 months if a prolonged economic downturn significantly weakened the company's credit metrics or hindered its ability to generate positive cash flows,” the agency said in a press release.
