Barclays plans five-year buffered Super Track notes linked to the Dow

Chicago, March 19 - Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered Super Track notes due March 29, 2019 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to the buffer - of 20% to 25% - and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on March 26 and settle on March 31.

The Cusip number is 06741T6Y8.
