New Issue: JPMorgan prices $577,000 8.5% yield notes linked to Dow, Nasdaq, S&P

New York, May 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $577,000 of 8.5% yield notes due Oct. 3, 2024 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

If the worst performing index gains or ends above its 70% trigger level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline in the worst performing index if it finished below its trigger level.

The notes are non-callable.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
