New Issue: Barclays prices $32,000 notes linked to S&P, Dow

Chicago, Feb. 26 – Barclays Bank plc priced $32,000 of 0% notes due Jan. 2, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain of the laggard index, subject to a maximum return of par plus 20%.
Otherwise, the payout will be par.
